Mexico Uno

We successfully took a vacation in Mexico with our family.

No one got poisoned and everyone had fun.

These photographs are pretty self explanatory, because we pretty much did everything that you are supposed to do on vacation...

Play on beach.

Swim in pool.

Just miss the sunset.

Sip drinks by the pool.

Gnaw on ribs in bed.

Yep, a perfect vacation.

I'll post some Mexico pictures tomorrow. We had a great time and are glad to be home.

We are alive but have limited access to the interwebs.

In the meantime Mexico is sunny and sandy and watery and fun.

Hotel Motel Hampton Inn

We are en route to Mazatlan for our Lenten romp in Mexico.  

Our wish to avoid the scanners/pat downs meant that we could fly out of Greensboro, since we don't have them yet.  

This also meant that we get to stay overnight in Houston and have people think that I am my dad at the Hampton Inn, which is not a bad place to be.

I will try not to mar his image.

Seriously?  I get this whole thing?
Oh, don't worry little girl, your parents will be joining you soon enough.

We leave for Mexico tomorrow night. We're very excited and just have to do some wash and pack. See you when we get back!

Evangeline did this for quite some time today. We just thought it was funny, but Kyle just realized that that was his popcorn bowl from last night and still has some butter and brewer's yeast residue in it. Hence the licking of the bowl. Still cute? Why not.
