Oneness

Today was a nice second day of oneness for The Girl. Church with Grandma and Grandpa (who had to leave shortly after), a nice nap followed by grouchiness that we can only assume was brought on by an acute lack of grandparents. Then a few bites of a Sonic burger (we drank our malts so fast she didn't even know we had them) and some music with dad and off to bed in her newly star-filled room.

Being one requires lots of water.

The responsibilities of a one-year-old are myriad.
She didn't even hit herself in the head.

  1. Grandma and Grandpop think you are a cute little curly haired one year old with smiles and darling little teeth!
Next month we will be down there with you to play and laugh.
    Love, hugs and kisses too.

  3. What kind of gate do you have? Do you like it? We are in the market...

And of course, a belated Happy Birthday to Evangeline! Once my sewing things are back in a room (as opposed to being in boxes), I am working on some sort of toile nonsense to send to E.

    lots of love.
