We started out the day with Kitty Quest 2011 II.
She found them.

Went to lunch.

Visited great grandma Lucy, who has been moved to a rehabilitation hospital, but only after Evangeline was able to climb all over her.

She slept most of the way home, not having finished "Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do You Hear?"
In between all of this, she managed to find the time to take three steps. We aren't quite sure if this counts as "walking", but it certainly was more than one step taken in succession. She did this twice, so we will have to see what happens in the coming days.
Hey Mom & Dad -- Your phone is off the hook.
ReplyDeleteEvangeline, look how Auntie Beth had to use your blog to get in touch w/ Gr & Grp E. It's the only thing they are SURE not to miss during the day! Phone off the hook for 30 hours? No problem. No BLOG?!?!?! EMERGENCY!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYep, we had no idea the phone wasn't working. Thanks for the blog tweet, or whatever it might be called :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like Lucy is enjoying Evangeline's antics. And I would call three steps X 2 walking. Feb 21st.
Love, Grandma
welcome to our historic blog. the first blog ever to be used as an old people's "phone off hook" alert, and the first known human utterance of the term "blog tweet". mom and dad, we love you and thank you for making this possible
ReplyDeleteLOL. You Ernstststs are too much.
ReplyDeleteThree steps definitely counts.
rebekah-according to most of the kids in my school from about age 10-18, the correct pronunciation is
ReplyDelete"Ern-est-a-sehs".
While their northern brethren prefer Ernst-ez. Like "desk-ez" and "lock-ez."
ReplyDeleteExample of Common Use: "Be sure all the desk-ez are straight, or we can't leave for lunch."
