This should be a day of rest. We set out for an Emmaus Walk, which should preferably be done in the woods. We went to the zoo. It definitely didn't provide restful solitude, but was nice. Evangeline looked at the hippo and got scared by great ape. She didn't get any Dippin' Dots.
We didn't take any pictures in the zoo, so we stopped outside to take her picture in front of these friendly wild animals.
She ain't afraid...

Evangeline, in future, I will be the keeper of memory, and remind you and your parents that today was the inception of your fear of Curious George and Dunston, as well as your acute fascination with spherical ice creams.
