Well, it's HILARIOUS. The obvious thing is the bunny ears, but maybe funnier is that Irene is riding passenger, a look of expectation, as if to wave (parade-style) at the imagined crowd of adoring fans.... having already passed Katie, who is clearly on her way to the concession stand.
Ah yes! A soundtrack! "Stars and Stripes Forever?" or...?
