Nine Months

We took Baby Measuring Bear on the road today to celebrate Evangeline's 9th month. We went to the Greensboro Arboretum, which is nestled under huge power lines, right next to a noisy highway. It was lovely if you take away the traffic noise and feeling of being made radioactive via electricity. The weather was beautiful and there was even a hint of autumn in the air. Happy 9th month! We love you, Girl.
(There are too many pictures here. I really do think less is probably more, but more is easier than trying to decide which to put up. I hope her aunties and grandparents don't mind.)

She shared her car seat with BMB on the way there.

Evangeline was more hands-on this time around.

We were sure to get the stroller wheel in the family portrait.
"Junior Woman's Club"? Does that mean me?

What Evangeline is doing at nine months:
Eating just about everything right now
(especially cheerios and yogurt and Baby Mum-Mums and liking stuff with garlic)
Not liking me to feed her
Dancing a lot
Laughing and smiling a lot
Sleeping about 10 hours straight (and sometimes not)
Saying Dada and Mama
Pulling Up on Things
Being Grouchy and getting frustrated
Crawling
Pointing
"Reading"
Playing with books
Still no teeth
Stops doing something when we tell her no (we're really trying to enjoy this)
Hanging her head after we tell her no
Watching a bit of Yo Gabba Gabba
Grabbing at the blinds when she's supposed to be napping
Not napping
Being cute
Going  to run errands with dad
Looking pitiful so that dad will pick her up
